Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Medar-Inc 936-0085 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Syst products, including obsoleted and phased-out Miller parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Miller product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Syst such as the KPB1LC8DC9G1B63001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SLR2M manufactured by Miller and we are pleased to be able to service most Miller systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A62B2N by Manufacturer Miller as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mettler Brand MTC310 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Miljoco such as B5094A632 equipment made by Miljoco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Miljoco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Miljoco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available R100S130NCAASZZZZ made by Micromotion as well as the popular MetNet original spares produced by Minco-Group

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BTL5A11M750PS32 by Micropulse and B5094A632 spares by Miljoco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N950386 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metropolitan-Lighting.
